Old Bowery Station Offers Cooking Class/Restaurant Pop Up

Huertas Pop Up Shop

April 18-20, Chef Jonah Miller brings Spanish pinxtos to The Old Bowery Station for his three-day Huertas Pop Up.
The future restaurant Huertas will be “popping up” at the Old Bowery Station offering guests an impressive preview of the bar offerings at Huertas.   Instead guests will help themselves to a variety of pintxos–finger-foods typical of northeast Spain–that will be lining the bar.
In addition to offering Spanish wine and beer, Anthony Belliveau-Flores of Rowan Imports will be on hand to pour his ciders personally.  The menu includes pulpo gallego, white anchovy with green olives and pickled peppers, chorizo and carrots, tigres mussels and more. The Northeast Spain finger foods are served with Asturian cider.
There are two seatings each night – Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 6:30pm and 8:30pm,
