New Jersey is about innovation, diversity, and liberty. For generations, the people of New Jersey have embodied these values in the way they work, think, act, and live. And in 2014, there is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to celebrate those values that make New Jersey great, as it approaches its 350th anniversary.
In celebration of New Jersey’s 350th Anniversary, iRun NEW JERSEY pledges to help preserve and restore New Jersey’s historic buildings and inventory within State Parks and other select locations. The Legacy Program donates a percent of all net proceeds for the purpose of providing grants to organizations who oversee the repair of historic buildings and their surroundings.iRun NEW JERSEY is in Partnership with the State of New Jersey DEP, Division of Parks and Forestry. As an advocate runner, I’m loving all of these activities that iRun NEW JERSEY has to offer! Get your sneakers on, and get out side NYC!
