To enable you to have the best time while witnessing the impact of your actions, the team at Global Citizen has put together a handy list of the “Do’s and Don’ts” for your best experience.
DO: Watch the Festival if you are not able to make it. Watch the YouTube Livestream here you can access on GlobalCitizen.org, a Liveblog on GlobalCitizen.org and MSNBC will be carrying the full broadcast live. You can get involved from wherever you are around the world.
DO: Take ACTION on the day of the Festival (Stay tuned for more on this, the 2015 Global Citizen Festival will be featuring a set of actions that will enable you to shape the way the world embraces the Global Goals)
DO: Arrive early to the Festival. Doors officially open at 2pm, there are LOTS of good reasons to come early. (Seriously, backstage experiences, VIP ticket upgrades, merchandise, meet and greet with artists!)
DO: Know which entrance your ticket will get you in. Your ticket will specify either east or west gate on the bottom left corner of your ticket. The east gate is at East 72nd Street and Fifth Avenue, and the west entrance is at West 72nd Street and Central Park West.
NOTE: The ADA-Accessible Entrance is at East 84th and Fifth Avenue.
And here is a good image of all of the day of Do’s and Don’t for Central Park:
And most importantly:
DO: Have FUN!
